2. Scope of Services
Our services include on-site installation, routine maintenance, remote diagnostics, and custom integration of AI-driven household devices.
3. Service Terms and Refund Policy
3.1 Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the service window without penalty. To request a change, contact us in writing via contact form. Requests made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a cancellation fee and are not eligible for refund due to resource allocation and technician scheduling.
3.2 Refunds for Services
If you cancel a service at least 48 hours in advance, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional charge. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. This policy is necessary to cover preparatory work, travel costs, and specialist time reserved for your booking.
4. Information Products
Information products include digital manuals, setup tutorials, and training webinars related to our smart home devices.
4.1 Access and Downloads
You may access or download these products immediately after purchase. If you change your mind before downloading any content, you may request a refund within 14 days.
4.2 Refunds for Information Products
To request a refund, contact us via contact form with your order details. Once download or partial access has been initiated, no refunds are available, as content access is instantaneous and cannot be reclaimed.
5. Physical Goods
Physical goods include our smart vacuum cleaners, intelligent air conditioning sensors, automated pet water fountains, and related accessories.
5.1 Returns
You may result physical goods within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate, submit a request via contact form. Once approved, we will provide a result shipping label at no cost to you.
5.2 Refunds for Goods
After we receive and inspect the returned item (up to 5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund process may take up to 10 business days to complete.

If a delivered product is defective or incorrect, you may platform it within 30 days by contacting us via contact form. We will ship the correct item or replacement at no extra cost.
6. Non-Refundable Custom Integration Services
Certain subscription-based remote monitoring and fully custom integration plans require dedicated specialists and custom-ordered components. These plans are non-refundable due to the allocation of labor and parts purchased specifically for your setup. We will continue to provide full support and maintenance under these plans.
